ConsultationWe take extra care in preparing and shipping your green companions to ensure they arrive at your doorstep happy, healthy, and ready to thrive. Here is exactly how our delivery process works:
Quality Check: We hand-pick the healthiest, most robust succulents from our greenhouse for your order.
Drying Period: To prevent rot and fungal issues during transit, we ensure the soil and roots are completely dry before packing.
Bare-Root Shipping (Standard Procedure): Most succulents are shipped bare-root (without pots and soil). This minimizes damage from shifting and reduces shipping weight, keeping your plants safe.
Root Protection: The roots are gently wrapped in soft tissue paper or paper towels.
Cushioning: Each succulent is individually wrapped in breathable, protective paper to shield the delicate leaves.
Box Stabilization: We use sturdy boxes filled with eco-friendly packing peanuts or shredded paper to prevent the plants from moving around during transit.
Express Handling: We hand over your securely packed succulents to DHL. We typically ship early in the week (Monday – Wednesday) to avoid your plants sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
Real-Time Tracking: As soon as DHL scans your package, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your plant’s journey every step of the way.
Give them a moment to breathe! When your succulents arrive, they might look a little thirsty or slightly pale due to the dark journey. This is completely normal!
Carefully unwrap them.
Pot them in well-draining succulent soil.
Wait 2 to 3 days before watering them to let the roots acclimate, and introduce them to bright, indirect sunlight gradually.
