Quick Tips for Shipping Succulents via DHL:

Bareroot is Must: Make sure you wash all the soil off the roots completely. Most countries will instantly destroy or return shipments containing soil.

Dry them well: Let the roots dry for 2–3 days before wrapping them in paper towels. Succulents rot easily if packed wet.

Documentation: Ensure the Phytosanitary Certificate (from your country’s agricultural department) and the buyer’s Import Permit (if required by the destination country) are placed in the clear plastic pouch on the outside of the box.
