Step 1: Inspection & Root Preparation

Every succulent undergoes a rigorous health check. We carefully inspect the foliage and ensure the roots are thoroughly dried and cleaned (prepared “bare-root,” with minimal to no soil or growing medium) to prevent moisture buildup and root rot during transit.

Step 2: Gentle Wrapping

Each plant is individually wrapped in soft, breathable tissue paper or premium cotton padding. This protects delicate leaves, preserves the plant’s rosette structure, and prevents bruising or damage.

Step 3: Secure Protective Cushioning

The wrapped succulents are securely placed inside a sturdy, perfectly sized shipping box. We use high-quality, eco-friendly cushioning materials to prevent shifting and absorb shock during handling.

Step 4: Sealed for Safe Delivery

Once packed, the box is tightly sealed and labeled with clear handling instructions such as “Fragile / Live Plants” to ensure a safe journey right to your doorstep.
